Wild Brute Winery, LLC exists to explore the boundless possibilities of artisanal winemaking in the Finger Lakes and surrounding areas. Hand-harvested in small, special quantities, Wild Brute indigenously ferments vinifera varietals of grapes into exciting, memorable wines. We're proud to partner with owner Justin Recktenwald who never ceases to amaze us with his culinary talent. You can find dishes made with our sweetcorn and meat at both of Wild Brute's locations; Wild Brute Winery in Arkport and The Brute; A Finger Lakes Focused Wine Bar.
We've partnered with Battle Street Brewery in Dansville who serves our heritage pork Italian sausage every Wednesday! Battle Street always has 12 beers on tap with locally sourced wines, ciders and spirits as well. A beautiful and historic train station that was brought back to life by owners Doug, David and Tom Acomb, they offer outdoor seating, live music as well as special events.
